In a move to enhance commuting convenience for Delhi-NCR residents, Meta has unveiled a new WhatsApp-based ticketing service for DTC (Delhi Transport Corporation) buses. Available in both Hindi and English, this service allows commuters to book single-journey tickets effortlessly.
To access the service, commuters simply need to send a message saying "Hi" to +91 8744073223. Additionally, a QR code provided by WhatsApp can be scanned by travellers on DTC and DIMTS (Delhi Integrated Multi-Modal Transit System Limited) routes.
