BEEP has announced side-scrolling shoot ’em up game Cotton Reboot! High Tension!, a sequel to the 2021-released Cotton Reboot!. It will launch for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Switch in spring 2025 in Japan. The PlayStation 5 and Switch versions will be available both physically and digitally, while the PlayStation 4 version will be digital-only.

While BEEP did not release any screenshots of the new title, it did reveal new playable character Macaron and villain character Willow:

BEEP will hold voice actor auditions for Macaron and Willow, as well as auditions an official influencer / ambassador. Applications are available here.

As with Cotton Reboot!, Cotton Reboot! High Tension! will be composed by Hiroyuki Kawada and Japanese chiptune band YMCK.

The Tuft of Yak Fur is one of the most useful items in MoP: Remix, allowing players for a movement speed burst for 20 seconds that is much faster than a regular mount. The one drawback the item had was the fact that it was a Unique item that only had 3 charges at a time. With a recent hotfix applied on Live servers, the Tuft of Yak Fur is no longer a unique item, allowing players to stack multiples on their bags (and if you're like me, your mailbox is now clean).
