With the Fallout franchise's recent surge in popularity following the premiere of its very own TV series, one creative fan of the Pokemon franchise has devised their own new form for Klinklang that takes inspiration from the Vault door designs seen in the Fallout games. Fans of the Pokemon games are constantly demonstrating their creativity through custom creature designs of their own, though this certainly isn't the first time fan artists have themed their Pokemon designs on other franchises.
It feels as though there's a virtually endless archive of awesome Pokemon fan art out there, with artists showing off all sorts of designs such as new megas, regional variants, Eeveelutions, and more throughout the decades of the Pokemon franchise's popularity. Unofficial crossovers with other franchises are also fairly common, and there are plenty of examples of Pokemon enthusiasts applying inspiration from other major franchises such as The Legend of Zelda, Halo, and Fallout in their work.
Though other artists have recently shown off some of their own Pokemon artwork featuring content from the Fallout games, an artist who goes by the name rc1246 recently shared their design of a new Klinklang form. This particular Pokemon doesn't often seem to get that much love from fans, but this spectacular design gives it a complete Fallout-themed makeover. Its most obvious adaptation comes with the Vault door imagery in the design, although the cartoonish face added to this variant also somewhat resembles that of Vault Boy's, the mascot of the Vault-Tec corporation as well as the Fallout series as a whole.
While the Fallout series has long been an iconic and widely-beloved IP within the gaming world, its popularity has exploded yet again with the recent debut of the official Fallout TV series, which has been met with considerably high praise from critics and fans alike.
