Drew Sidora Almost Divorced Ralph After RHOA Season 14 Texting Scandal
Drew Sidora, star of TheReal Housewives of Atlanta, recently shared that her husband Ralph Pittman’s texting scandal, which plays out in season 14, led her to contemplate divorce. Drew joined RHOA in season 13 and was open about her marriage struggles with Ralph. One huge point of contention between them was when Ralph left for Tampa without telling Drew and refusing to give her any details about it. Drew and Ralph both agreed they needed help and sought marriage counseling, which they shared on RHOA season 13.
Drew has admitted that a lot of her issues with Ralph stem from a lack of communication. She has said that Ralph is a “runner” and frequently leaves for days after a blow-out fight. Drew also complained of her husband being “controlling” and even accused him of spying on her and the kids while he left for his trips. Drew and Ralph seemed to get back on track at the end of RHOA season 13, but the season 14 premiere showed a brand-new issue for the couple when Drew discovered inappropriate text messages between Ralph and his female assistant.

Drew shared with Us Weekly that the texting scandal almost drove her to divorce Ralph. However, the couple was able to work through their problems. She told Us Weekly,“It always feels like we’re about to get divorced. [But] we’re not gonna give up. We need to come back home, regroup and figure out what we’re gonna do moving forward.” TheRHOA star said having it play out on season 14 and using her castmates as a sounding board helped. She shared that it gave Ralph an opportunity to hear not just Drew’s point of view but others as well.
The couple is still working through their issues by continuing to go to marriage counseling.
