After having two children, Tori and Zach have been wanting to expand their family for a long time. Viewers were heartbroken when Tori shared in the last season that she had suffered a miscarriage during the summer.
Audiences have been following the couple's pregnancy closely since the mother of now three announced she was pregnant in November of 2021. Zach and Tori are the only remaining children of Amy and Matt Roloff who still appear on the show, making them fan-favorites. During an Instagram Story, Tori shared that she was almost forced to call emergency services just after bringing their new baby, Josiah, home. In a Mother's Day post, Tori noted how followers had been commenting on how quickly she bounced back. The Little People, Big World star shared some insight, revealing not all is as it seems on social media. Tori then went on to candidly share that her pain was so bad after her C-section that she almost phoned for help. Thankfully, the medication kicked in, and Tori was able to tolerate the healing process.
Tori wanted to shed light on how updates or photos can be viewed by the outside world. She suggested that just because a person seems happy doesn't mean the photo is telling the truth, noting no one knows what is going on behind closed doors.
