Hot on the heels of Capcom’s announcement of a Dragon’s Dogma 2 showcase stream set for November 28, we have what looks like a leak of the game’s release date.
European video game ratings board PEGI listed Dragon’s Dogma 2 with a release date of March 22, 2024 across PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and S, and PC.

That release date makes sense in the context of Capcom’s current financial year, which ends March 31, 2024. The company may want to see the hotly anticipated RPG make a meaningful contribution to its bottom line in time for the close of the reporting period.
It seems likely we’ll find out the Dragon’s Dogma 2 release date officially during the showcase, which takes place 1pm Pacific / 4pm Eastern / 9pm UK on November 28 and is set to last roughly 15 minutes.
"Set forth on your grand adventure, Arisen! Get the latest info on this action-RPG designed to place player choice at the heart of the gameplay experience," reads the post. "Join director Hideaki Itsuno and producer Yoshiaki Hirabayashi as they present all the latest info and gameplay in this approximately 15 minute showcase."
While Dragon’s Dogma 2 only received its debut trailer in May, the first Dragon's Dogma launched way back in 2012, leaving fans of the franchise parched for a sequel. Capcom hasn't said too much about Dragon's Dogma 2 otherwise, though did reveal its map is four times the size of the original’s.
