Dragon Age: Inquisition can be a bit of a slog on replays. Everything about the game is slowed down from its predecessors, from its combat, to how fast you're allowed to get through main story quests.
However, a fan has the perfect solution. With a collection of mods titled "Dragon Age: Inquisition Story Mode," almost everything about the game is sped up. Whether you're looking to level up faster, explore the map without any restrictions, or even just spend less time on inventory management, Inquisition Story Mode has you covered.
We have artist Corey Brickley to thank for putting this list of Inquisition mods together. This came about after they found that the base game is "buried under a mountain of MMO grinding BS", making getting to the best part - the story - much more of a grind than it should be.
Just to touch on a few of them, we have War Table–No Waiting by Nexus Mods user Tahira. This does exactly what it says on the tin, removing the annoying countdown for war table assignments to complete. Now, you can spam a bunch of them at once, if you're in the mood for reading through the short stories they revolve around.
Next up, there's a couple of loot-related mods. One of them, also from Tahira, skips the looting animation, which will save a lot of time through the playthrough. Another, courtesy of user Aintiarna, adds more items to lootable containers and increases their quality.
As the doc points out, you'll want to use a mod manager to get all of these up and running. Trust me - it's easier than trying to sort them out manually.
Then, there's No More Fog Of War from user fontofnothing. This removes the fog from open-world maps, letting you see where all the locations in an area are before you've explored them. I mean, it makes sense - the Inquisitor isn't the first person to walk these lands.
