Phase 4 PTR Could Last Several Weeks - Season of Discovery
Josh Greenfield (also known as Aggrend) has hinted that the Season of Discovery Phase 4 PTR could last several weeks. The WoW Classic Senior Game Producer commented on the fact that, as of right now, World Buffs are not currently available on the Phase 4 PTR, which is being held on the WoW Classic Era PTR.

Greenfield explains that the development team wants to see classes perform at their baseline and that World Buffs will appear sometime after the first few weeks of the PTR:
Yes! It was a deliberate choice to not include world buffs in these first few weeks of PTR. Once they are there, no one will test without them and getting a baseline without them would be impossible. We will add them at some point in the future once we get the data we are looking for without them and we stabilize the initial changes a bit.
By mentioning that the current PTR version without World Buffs could last for a «few weeks», Greenfield also implies that the Phase 4 PTR could be around for longer than expected — a fact that comes as a surprise and is very much welcomed by the community overall. While a longer testing period may result in a later Phase 4 release date, it could also increase the quality of released content.
Onyxia's Lair is confirmed to be one of the first level 60 raids in Season of Discovery Phase 4.
