A Disney Dreamlight Valley player made an awesome tribute to British rock band Queen. Known for its customization features, Disney Dreamlight Valley has given many players the tools to personalize their avatars and homes. All while befriending the many Disney characters scattered around the map.
The Disney Dreamlight Valley community is filled with many creations based on Disney media and other popular franchises. A lot of players have taken it upon themselves to turn their avatars into Disney characters who have not been added to the game, or design their outfits based on different characters. There are also players who spruce up their homes with customized homes and furniture, like a Disney Dreamlight Valley player's Super Mario-inspired room.
One Disney Dreamlight Valley player decided to pay tribute to Queen, who is one of their favorite bands. Reddit user Emibbie shared a photo of their avatar dressed up as Freddie Mercury, who's posing in front of four mannequins wearing the outfits from Queen's «I Want to Break Free» music video. The room was also decorated to look like a concert stage, complete with a mic and amplifier.
The music video for «I Want to Break Free» is best known for showing the members of Queen in drag. Mercury famously donned a black bob wig, pink top, and a black leather skirt while vacuuming his home. His bandmates also played different female characters while wearing outfits such as a schoolgirl uniform, a silk robe with hair rollers, and a long black dress. Emibbie was able to recreate all these looks, plus Mercury's signature gold jacket, using Disney Dreamlight Valley's customization tools.
Many players loved the player's Queen tribute and praised the accuracy of the custom outfits.
