Twitter Reddit Unique Item Changes Are Not All Retroactive in Patch 1.1.1

With sweeping changes in Patch 1.1.1, many players were particularly looking forward to changes to Uniques, which promised several adjustments to make affixes more desireable. However, what players may not have realized is that these changes were not retroactive — meaning you'd have to farm the Unique over again to receive the updated version. Patch 1.1.1 All Datamined Changes Players in many situations on Reddit and Twitter reported surprise that the Unique they had kept in their Stash for just this occasion didn't change — meaning what could have been an instant upgrade will require more farming.
