The final list of Hardcore Heroes was recently released for those players who were the first to reach level 100 in Hardcore, forever to be immortalized on a statue of Lilith. However, some players have still claimed they were left off — and it turns out, this was on purpose. Global Community Development Director Adam Fletcher has reached out to several players who have been vocal on Twitter and the forums, claiming they should have been on the final list, even after Blizzard reviewed and revised it. In every situation so far, it seems that these players were intentionally left off due to disqualification — having been disciplined and actioned (in some cases permanently banned) on other Diablo titles, thus leaving them ineligible for this contest.
