When it comes to voice actors in Bethesda games, you don't get more iconic than Wes Johnson. Not only has he lent his voice to some of the studio's most popular characters - such as the charismatic Sheogorath, mysterious Lucien Lachance, and murderous Mister Burke - but he's also the voice behind one of the most famous meme video game characters in the history of the industry.
Even those with a passing knowledge of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion will likely have had the phrase "STOP RIGHT THERE CRIMINAL SCUM" bellowed at them from a friend or loved one. Johnson's may have voiced many characters across The Elder Scrolls and Fallout series, but none of them are as legendary as his performance as a bog standard Imperial Guard, and the phrase has gone down in legend alongside other Elder Scrolls staples such as the far inferior "arrow to the knee" and "you're finally awake" jokes.

Having appeared in pretty much all of Bethesda's previous games, it was only a matter of time before someone found the character that Johnson voices in Starfield, but the role that he plays definitely harkens back to the good ol' days of running away from guards in the Imperial City. Head to the Volo system and land on the planet of Polvo, and you'll come across a settlement called HopeTown in which you can find the CEO of HopeTech Ron Hope.
While he doesn't have any lines as iconic as those spoken by the Imperial Guards, it's still quite funny to hear Hope speaking about punishing someone to "the full extent of the law" considering the previous work of his voice actor. If you don't want to go out of your way to seek out Hope, you'll be delighted to know
