A triumphant roar echoes from atop the Seat of the Aspects as Nasz'uro, the Unbound Legacy is formed. We've datamined what appears to be the drop rate for Nasz'uro, the Unbound Legacy and it looks like the drop rate was buffed ahead of Season 4 as well!
Thanks to Dorovon for helping parse the data and generating graphs for the drop rates.

While some of this is likely still inaccurate due to missing drop %s, there are a couple of main takeaways that will be useful to know for players.
The Legendary Evoker weapon, Nasz'uro, the Unbound Legacy was the first Legendary of its kind, being unlocked at the end of the Race to World First. Many questions were had about how it dropped and originally, it dropped with no Bad Luck Protection and a chance per difficulty. As usual, Blizzard hid the numbers and players became increasingly frustrated as there was no guarantee they would ever get this BiS weapon.
In Patch 10.1.5, Blizzard announced that they added BLP to Nasz'uro, the Unbound Legacy on Heroic and Mythic. It wasn't known what exactly this BLP was… until now.
Two nights ago, at ~9:40 PST. Blizzard announced that Bad Luck Protection on the 2H Axe Legendary, Fyr'alath the Dreamrender was buffed. As mentioned here, we believe that most of the hotfixes to the Curves were for the Greater and Lesser Embers of Fyr'alath. However, there were also hotfixes for 2 more Curves. These Curves were actually added in Patch 10.1.5, but look oddly similarly to what we think are the Fyr'alath Curves.
