A new batch of photos from the set of the upcoming Disney+ series have popped up, and give fans a good idea of where they can expect the series to slot into the overarching Marvel Cinematic Universe timeline.
The latest batch of set photos see Charlie Cox’s Matt Murdock walking outside of a church, with the church’s bulletin board reading March 15, 2020. If this date is accurate, it would put the series in-line with The Blip, the event that occurred when Thanos snapped his fingers using the Infinity Gauntlet and “blipped” half of the universe away.
While fans have already begun theorizing that The Blip could be an explanation for why Foggy and Karen might not be in the series, it’s unclear if the series does actually take place in 2020, or perhaps if this is just a flashback or brief aside in the series.
