Publisher Yogscast Games and developer It’s happening will release cooking roguelite management game PlateUp! for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Xbox One, and Switch in October, the companies announced. It will also be available via Xbox Game Pass for console and PC.
Physical standard and collector’s editions will also be available for PlayStation 5 and Switch in partnership with Numskull Games. The standard edition will cost $39.95 / £34.99 / €39.99, while the collector’s edition will cost $59.95 / £49.99 / €59.99. The latter includes four exclusive mini-figurines inspired by game’s playable characters.
“PlateUp! has been hugely successful with players on PC, so we’re delighted to be dishing it up to console platforms later in the year,” said Yogscast Games director of publishing Simon Byron in a press release. “The game’s blend of roguelite restaurant management and chaotic cooking have proven to be great ingredients for a compelling new take on the cooking genre, and we’re thrilled for console players to join in on the culinary action soon.”
PlateUp! first launched for PC via Steam on August 4, 2022.
