Crafted Fire Resistance Gear Changed to Bind on Pickup in Season of Discovery Phase 4 PTR

As a part of today's new Season of Discovery Phase 4 PTR build, we've datamined changes to several crafted items. Originally, these items were listed as Bind on Equip, but have since been changed to Bind on Pickup. Nearly all of these items grant Fire Resistance, which should come in handy during the Phase 1 raids of Molten Core and Onyxia's Lair.
We're unsure if these items will end up being upgraded versions of Classic fire resistance gear (similar to Refined Arcanite Reaper being a beefier version of Arcanite Reaper) — however right now these appear to be a work in progress as their stats are the same as the original items.
