Chronicles of 2 Heroes: Amaterasu's Wrath is a gorgeous 16-bit Metroidvania throwback that began life as a Kickstarter project, and it now has a release date. Save feudal Japan from the wrath of Amaterasu on PS5 and PS4 on 26th May.

Inspired by the kinds of tough-as-nails platformers gamers of a certain vintage will recall cutting their teeth on, Chronicles of 2 Heroes allows you to freely switch between samurai Kensei and kunoichi Ayame, siblings who have trained together for years to overcome the goddesses' tyranny.
