Expanded sort-of-sequel Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising is getting an open beta on both PS5 and PS4 in May, publisher Cygames has confirmed. In case you don't know, Rising is built upon 2020's Granblue Fantasy Versus, but it's got new characters, mechanics, moves, and more. It's also going to utilise rollback netcode, which should make for a much smoother online experience compared to the original release. Rising is set to launch later this year.
