The unveiling of a new faction to chaotic multiplayer shooter Helldivers 2 has brought the game back into the Steam Top Ten.
The title shot up from No.42 to fifth week-on-week thanks to the introduction of the Illuminate enemies; this is the third faction to join the game.
Counter-Strike 2 reclaimed the top spot, pushing Path of Exile 2 down into second place. Valve's Steam Deck hardware hangs onto the No.3 spot, while hero shooter Marvel Rivals from NetEase managed to retain fourth place.
Total War: Warhammer 3 shot up from 74th to No.6 week-on-week thanks to a 60 per cent discount, coming in ahead of PUBG: Battlegrounds, which fell two spots to seventh week-on-week. Cyberpunk 2077 also returned to the Top Ten in eighth on the back of a 55 per cent price cut.
Warframe has reappeared in the Top Ten in ninth, up from No.27, thanks to Digital Extremes releasing the new Warframe 1999 game.
Rounding off the Top TEn is Throne and Liberty from NCSoft and Amazon.
