Cayde-6 Returns in Destiny 2: The Final Shape, to Conclude Light & Darkness Saga
Destiny 2 may have released a big expansion not too long ago with Lightfall , but Bungie made a big splash at the PlayStation Showcase with a brief clip confirming the surprise return of Cayde-6 and the next expansion, The Final Shape.
Cayde-6 will once again be voiced by actor Nathan Fillion when the fan favorite returns. Destiny 2: The Final Shape ’s tease is also a teaser for the end of the decade-long Light & Darkness Saga.
We will get a more detailed reveal at the upcoming Destiny Showcase, which is set for August 22nd. The livestreamed showcase will feature the first details about the expansion, what to expect, and likely, a little more about Clayde-6’s return.
Since the upcoming expansion is the conclusion to 10 years of storytelling and action, the showcase will also give a look into Bungie’s plans for the future of Destiny 2.
