BLUETTI, a leading provider of energy storage solutions, has expanded its Solar+ program, a one stop solution for solar transition, to three new states in the US, starting from March 14, 2024.
Following its successful debut in Texas last year, BLUETTI is now extending its services to California, Massachusetts, and North Carolina. This strategic move aims to provide homeowners with a seamless path to achieving energy independence and reducing utility expenses through comprehensive solar and battery home power solutions.
The expansion into these states is rooted in their power realities. According to Statista, California ranks highest in the number of power outages, up to 4,297 times, in the United States between 2008 and 2017, with North Carolina and Massachusetts following closely in the 8th and 13th positions, respectively. Frequent power outages underscore the necessity for backup systems, while soaring utility bills further emphasize the demand for alternative energy solutions.
Statista data reveals that the average residential sector retail electricity prices in Massachusetts and California are among the highest in the nation, standing at 28.02 and 26.72 cents per kilowatt-hour, respectively, far above the national average of 17.1 cents as of September 2023.
This combination of factors creates an ideal business environment for BLUETTI's Solar+ Program, which promises cost-effective and reliable power solutions for home backup and bill savings efficiently.
Zola, BLUETTI's Vice President, highlighted, "Many of our customers have reported being protected from power outages and experiencing a significant reduction in their electricity bills after joining the Solar+ Program. This is made possible by harnessing free solar energy and optimizing energy usage with peak load shifting features in Time of Use areas."
