Blue Protocol is hosting a beta network test on March 31 in Japan, and we've now found out that it will include the first story chapter, an arena, five playable classes, and event raids. You'll be able to play up to level 20 and adventure rank four, however, you can make several characters.
The arena will pit us against scaled enemies and bosses in a tiered format, which is the perfect opportunity to put each of the new classes to the test. There's the Blade Warden, Twin Striker, Keen Strider, Spell Weaver, and Foe Breaker.

The Blade Warden is a tank-like class that can taunt enemies to take pressure away from your teammates; the Twin Striker is a melee-focused DPS class who can chain damage and launch an AoE life steal buff for everyone in the party; the Keen Strider is a support class who can reveal enemy weak points and generate resources; the Spell Weaver is another damage class with incredibly low defence, making them best for parties rather than solo play, and lastly, the Foe Breaker is a close-to-mid-range class due to their hammer and gun. They can serve as an off-tank.
You'll be able to make multiple characters to try out each class and even swap your gear at the weapon master store, so there's plenty of room to find your footing and see what role you enjoy most in Blue Protocol ahead of its launch sometime in the second half of 2023.
However, if you want to play the beta network test, which runs from March 31 at 2pm JST to April 2 at 10pm JST, you have to be in Japan. There are workarounds, however, that many on the subreddit have highlighted. You'll need a VPN to change your location to Japan and you'll have to keep it running while you open the launcher
