When it comes to rare Yu-Gi-Oh! cards, you don't get much rarer that Tyler the Great Warrior. For a bit of context for those not in the know, the card is the only one in existence and was produced as part of a Make-A-Wish Foundation gift for then 14-year-old Tyler Gressle, who was battling a rare form of cancer. The card is based on Gressle's favorite Dragon Ball Z character Future Trunks and was sealed in a glass case immediately after being printed, only being removed once for grading.
Gressle has kept this card in his posession for 18 years, as it slowly garnered a reputation among Yu-Gi-Oh! fans as being the rarest card in the history of the series. However, Gressle is now looking to part with his most prized posession, and will be putting Tyler the Great Warrior up for auction on Ebay on April 19 (thanks Kotaku). There are no potential bids just yet, though it's expected the card will sell for a small fortune.

For those of you wondering why Gressle has decided to part with the card after all this time, he recently explained in a video with Yu-Gi-Oh! content creator Alex Cimo that he thinks the anticipation has "been killing some really avid collectors". He also explains that he wants to be able to start his own family, set up his own business, and visit his brother in Switzerland, and that the funds raised via the sale of Tyler the Great Warrior will go about helping him do that.
