Big Brother: Winner Xavier Prather Admits He Never Watched His Season
Xavier Prather, the winner of Big Brother 23, admitted that he has never watched his season, despite making history on it in many ways. Xavier was the first ever Black winner of Big Brother. The 27-year-old Milwaukee attorney took home the largest grand prize in the history of the show at $750,000 with a unanimous vote of 9-0 after 85 days of competition. During the game, Xavier built an impressive resume, including three Head of Household (HOH) wins, three veto wins, and surviving the chopping block after being nominated five times throughout the season. Xavier's gameplay was the perfect strategy of throwing competitions when he wanted to and winning when he had to. He played the game with grace, dignity, and respect, setting a perfect example for his nephew whom he helps raise because his brother died last year.
Xavier was an influential member of the historic all-Black alliance, The Cookout, a 6-person team whose members all made it to the Final 6. Large alliances usually lose members along the way, but The Cookout managed to stay intact thanks to Tiffany Mitchell's «master plan» of eliminating other players before themselves. When the alliance made it to the Final 6, Xavier said the iconic line «Welcome to The Cookout,» one of the greatest moments in the history of the show.

Despite the fact that Xavier has become a Big Brother legend, in an interview with EW, he admitted that he has not watched his own journey on Big Brother 23.
