The scene in the recently released movie The Batman where the eponymous superhero takes down The Penguin in the Batmobile has just been recreated in Batman: Arkham Knight by a fan of the franchise. The clip was uploaded a couple of days ago to the Batman Arkham Videos channel on YouTube.
The Batman came out last month to positive reviews which praised its performances, cinematography, action sequences, and storytelling. The movie was directed by Matt Reeves and produced by DC Films, 6th & Idaho, and Dylan Clark. The Batman stars Robert Pattinson as Bruce Wayne along with Zoë Kravitz, Paul Dano, Jeffrey Wright, John Turturro, Peter Sarsgaard, Andy Serkis, and Colin Farrell. The film follows Bruce Wayne as the superhero pursues a serial killer targeting the wealthiest and most powerful people in Gotham, The Riddler. With a budget of just under $200 million, The Batman managed to gross over $710 million, making it one of the biggest releases of the year.

The scene featuring the Batmobile takes place about halfway through the movie. Chasing down The Penguin, The Batman maneuvers the Batmobile through the streets of Gotham, causing the supervillain to lose control of their car. The sequence ends with a fiery explosion and The Batman walking slowly towards The Penguin who lies trapped in their overturned vehicle.
Several mods for Batman: Arkham Knight were apparently used to recreate this well known scene from The Batman. These include a free camera mod as well as a variety of different mods for the special effects.
