The Batman Fan Art Casts Joel Edgerton As Mr. Freeze
The Batman is out and many fans are really enjoying the movie. Of course, talk of a sequel is all the rage now, and one fan artist imagined Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi actor Joel Edgerton as Mr. Freeze for the next main villain.
The Batman stars Robert Pattinson in the lead role, with Zoe Kravitz, Jeffrey Wright and Paul Dano all co-starring in the popular comic book movie. The movie follows a much younger Bruce Wayne in his early days as a crime fighter and his dealing with the calculated Riddler. This film took a lot of influence from noir films and even the real-life Zodiac killer.

A twisted version of Mr. Freeze would fit very well in the dark world established byThe Batman director Matt Reeves. Fans hoping to get an idea may have to keep waiting, but Instagram artist m.design34 did their own rendition of this character by choosing Edgerton as the actor to take on the role. The look they went with keeps the actor's facial features intact, but with the addition of the glass helmet commonly associated with Mr. Freeze. There's a possibility that Reeves may go with a skin condition or illness that forces Mr. Freeze to wear the helmet. SinceThe Batman world is separated from other movies, it's very likely that fans will see much more grounded takes on the other villains who end up joining the films down the road.
