Fan Spots The Riddler Standing In The Window Opposite The Iceberg Lounge In The Batman
The extended period cinemas were closed during the pandemic was an interesting time for the movie business. The downside was movie release dates were pushed again and again as for a short while, there was no way of knowing when theaters would open back up. The positives to come out of that are some of those delayed movies were made available through streaming services instead, and even now cinemas are open again the time between arrivals in theaters and the move onto streaming services is far shorter.
The Batman, which only arrived in cinemas a little over a month ago, is already available to stream on HBO Max. That has allowed fans to rewatch the movie and take a much closer look at it, resulting in hidden details being pulled into the light. One of those details is eagle-eyed DC fans noticing The Riddler watching on from the shadows as his plan was allowed to unfold. Some significant spoilers lie ahead if you haven't yet seen The Batman. You have been warned.

A screenshot shared by itsRyabUnicomb on Twitter, which was apparently spotted by ajrascals, shows The Riddler pointing a camera at The Iceberg Lounge from an apartment window across the street. While the image is a little blurry, and you can't see clearly through the window, it appears to be The Riddler. If you're still unconvinced, the movie's director Matt Reeves has replied to the tweet confirming that is indeed Paul Dano's take on the villain watching on.
