Artisan Consortium Reputation Rewards are Now Account Wide in Patch 10.0.7
In addition to all of the changes documented for Patch 10.0.7, Artisan Consortium Rep Rewards are now unlocked Account Wide for all characters!
Artisan Consortium Rep RewardsArtisan's Consortium reputation is a big deal for all players who deal with professions because of the many recipes and Knowledge Points available. Normally, each character individually would have to grind this reputation out to max to receive all of the rewards. However, in Patch 10.0.7, players who have atleast one character with the required reputation can now purchase the rewards on any alt. In the screenshot below, you can see that the new tooltips state that it requires reputation on «Any Character».Tooltip when hovering over Rare Scribe's Runic Drawings This new system does not seem perfect at the moment. This character is only Respected with the Artisan's Consortium, but can purchase Ancient Scribe's Runic Drawings which normally requires Esteemed, but cannot purchase Rare Scribe's Runic Drawings which only requires Valued.This character can purchase the Ancient Scribe's Runic Drawings item despite only having Respected with the Artisan's Consortium Show Your Mettle remains Character Specific Despite the new changes with purchasing items, the Show Your Mettle Quest does not scale and remains based on the current character's reputation.
