Nintendo released Animal Crossing: New Horizons in 2020 and since then players have created their ideal homes and islands, fan art celebrating the many characters in the game, and digital patterns to share with each other. Taking things a step beyond the game, one Animal Crossing: New Horizons fan has decided to make unique wedding cake toppers in celebration of the franchise.
Reddit user Different-Friend-605 recently posted their physical cake toppers which Animal Crossing: New Horizons fans have already purchased over the year to commemorate their weddings. Different-Friend-605 shared four wooden cake toppers which are decorated with distinctly recognizable Animal Crossing: New Horizons villagers that stand above the names of the bride and groom alongside the date of their wedding. Not only in celebration of Animal Crossing: New Horizons, one wooden topper takes things even further by including a Lillipup Pokemon named Bowser standing next to a spiky-haired male villager and a starry-eyed female villager named Dylan and Vivian, respectively, who are both raising their arms in joy.

The wooden New Horizons cake toppers created by Different-Friend-605 pay close attention to an Animal Crossing villager's wardrobe as the one next to Dylan and Vivian shows two dapper characters called Katie and Jonathan. Although Katie shares some similarities with the previous bride, Jonathan is wearing a similarly colored suit and is sporting a fashionable monocle which is one of the many New Horizons accessory options.
