Activision Blizzard's chief communications officer has mocked Sony's latest response to the Activision Blizzard buyout by sharing a variant of the Baton Roue meme, which shows a man shoving a stick into his bike to make it fall over.
Yesterday, Microsoft and Sony appeared in Brussels for a closed meeting with the European Commission to discuss a deal regarding Microsoft's proposed purchase of Activision Blizzard, after Sony has vocally rejected the deal over the past few months. Beyond giving Microsoft the chance to announce that Call of Duty games are coming to Nintendo consoles, the meeting didn't seem to do much as the two are apparently "not close" to making any kind of deal.

In response to this, Lulu Cheng Meservey, Activision Blizzard's chief communications officer, shared a meme mocking Sony's stance on the buyout. The variation of the Baton Roue meme puts Sony's name over the man riding the bike, before showing him shove a stick in the wheels of it with the argument "refuses to accept guaranteed long-term access to COD", which results in the bike falling and Sony saying "what if we lose access to COD".
I hopefully shouldn't have to explain the meme, but it's essentially a clear jab for Meservey based on Sony's main argument against Microsoft's proposed purchase of Activision Blizzard - it losing access to Call of Duty. Despite the many games and series under Activision Blizzard's belt, Call of Duty is all that Sony has been worried about since the acquisition was announced, even though Microsoft has openly stated that it intends to keep the game on rival platforms.
