Activision Blizzard is celebrating International Women's Month throughout March, highlighting the experiences, contributions, and achievements of its female employees. Also celebrated in many countries as Women's History Month, the event celebrates the contributions of women to events in history and contemporary society, as well as bringing attention to issues such as gender equality, reproductive rights, and violence and abuse against women.

Life at Blizzard Meet @beeGamingLive, Game Producer on Overwatch 2⚡#blizzardwomen «When I started college, I didn’t really know anyone or know what kind of clubs to join or how to meet new people. At my student orientation, there was a table for a gaming club that also participated in competitions. I have always been a huge FPS player, so I asked how I could get involved with the club. I became a member, and halfway through that year, the #Overwatch beta was released, and I got super involved in playing in and organizing local competition for Overwatch. After I saw how much of an amazing effect Blizzard games had on even a small scale, I wanted to be a part of it on an even larger scale, which is what made me apply to my first role. I started off as a contractor working on Collegiate Overwatch Tournament Operations in July 2017. I then interned at Blizzard Esports for the summer in 2018 and graduated from University of North Texas the next semester.
