Almost eight months after release, we've seen just about everything that The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom players can come up with when it comes to mind-boggling creations with the game's Zonai tech. We've seen planes, cars that can drive up walls, submarines, and weapons of mass destruction created en masse, but we should never underestimate the creativity and dedication to creating genuine works of art.
Combining months of Zonai research from other Tears of the Kingdom players, one person has managed to create a full-blown trailer for their own Godzilla movie, complete with dramatic camera angles, several pieces of Zonai machinery, and a moving Godzilla mech so good that its surprising Toho Co. hasn't already issued a cease and desist.
The video itself was recently uploaded to Twitter by user Sumoguri2323, and begins with Godzilla slowly walking through the ocean, several camera angles dramatically documenting his journey. Having anticipated the creature's emergence, the Kingdom of Hyrule managed to greet Godzilla with a couple of Zonai tanks, complete with working cannons.
Godzilla then does what it does best and fires a laser beam at the two tanks, blowing them both up, and the surrounding area of Hateno Village in the process. Godzilla then stomps around for a bit, setting fire to pretty much everything in sight and smashing boxes with its tail, before slinking back into the ocean, to presumably go and terrorize another poor Hyrulian village somewhere else on the coast.
The entire video is clearly a love letter to the old Godzilla movies, going so far as to include old-school music and sound effects, as well as the classic Godzilla scream part way through. It really does feel like the culmination of eight
