Sony has officially announced its update for PS Plus Extra and PS Plus Premium, adding another slate of PS5, PS4, and classic games to the upper tiers. We had a few of the games leak beforehand, but we now know the full rundown of software joining the service next week. It looks like this:
Obviously, the main attraction this month is Horizon Forbidden West, the cracking open world action RPG that takes Aloy on a grand journey to find even more answers. We gave it a big fat 9/10 in our review, calling it a «huge improvement on its predecessor».
Other highlights include The Quarry, an Until Dawn-esque horror adventure; Resident Evil 7: Biohazard, the game that brought Capcom's franchise back to its survival horror roots; and Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown, a super fun air combat game with some excellent PSVR missions. PlayStation fans will also be pleased to see retro titles like The Legend of Dragoon and Wild Arms 2 finally join the classics collection.
All the above games will be available on their respective tiers starting Tuesday, 21st February 2023. What do you think of this game catalogue update? As always, give us your thoughts in the comments section below.
