Sony's customer support is baffling.

I wanted to cancel my PSVR2 pre-order as I don't really need one right now. So I go to the order on their website and it already said ''CANCELLED'', which I don't understand, because I never cancelled it before. When when I click on it it still mentions the shipping date, so is it cancelled or not?

Finding an email address is painfully difficult. I finally managed to find the page about cancelling PS Store pre-orders, I assume they can help me, hopefully, as there is no dedicated page for dealing with PS Direct orders. Here's the kicker, you can't email them because it's outside of working hours. YES, I understand you don't work on Saturday evening, I don't expect an answer today, or tomorrow, but just let me send an email right now so you can answer it on Monday. This isn't a live chat, this is an email. LMAO.

@Octane Yeah it is shocking and I've read a few tales about orders being cancelled due to credit card rejection but then having problems reordering. I hope Sony allows retailers
