All Overwatch 2 maps are built so that players can use corners and high ground to position themselves in a way to stay safe and be able to see their opponents. In Overwatch 2, good positioning is important as it allows players to avoid enemies’ ultimate abilities like Cassidy’s Deadeye or D.Va’s Self-Destruct by looking for nearby natural cover instead of staying in the open.

A Reddit user going by the nickname zTNT shared a clip from a recent Overwatch 2 game showing a Mercy player moving Ashe’s beloved BOB into a better position after he landed just outside the point on Ilios Lighthouse. She used the collision between players to bump BOB around until he was in a position that allowed him to fire at all opponents, wiping the enemy team and eventually winning the fight for Mercy’s team. Proud of her action, Mercy ended this replay with a wave emote as she helped killed everyone around.
In the comments to this Reddit post, many Overwatch 2 players declared that they didn’t know they could move BOB after he landed in a bad spot.
