Microsoft and Bethesda may announce a Developer Direct livestream for the upcoming science fiction FPS RPG Starfield. While officially unconfirmed, these rumors come from major figures in the gaming media with sources inside the industry.
Bethesda officially announced Starfield at E3 2018, though the developer trademarked the name in 2013 and had been working on the basic concept for some time before that. Players can also customize their ships, establish colonies, and explore over 1000 planets. Bethesda plans to release Starfield sometime in the first half of this year but has yet to set a specific date.
