The "" side mission appears as a request on the Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man app as either Spider-Man can help a young woman, Tasha, find her missing grandpa, Earl. While the mission starts off with the detective work seen in other levels, it has no action to it. Instead, the mission's impact comes from its sheer heart and sentimentality.
Spider-Man tracks down Grandpa Earl to a park bench overlooking a lake, and the two sit and have a conversation about love and loss while waiting for his granddaughter to arrive. Earl simply wants to reflect on the time spent with his late wife and tells Spider-Man the story about the time he proposed to her at the location. If players don't leave straight away after the cutscene, they can hear Tasha and her grandpa continue to reminisce about her grandmother, with Earl going on to compare Tasha's humor to hers.
