The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild was released in 2017, and since then, gamers have continued to explore the expansive Kingdom of Hyrule. As many are likely aware, a major factor contributing to the success of Breath of the Wild was the open-world design that allowed players to progress largely at their own pace. Due to this focus on exploration, players have uncovered unusual secrets and unknown locations throughout the game world. While some might have thought that every part of Hyrule had been explored at this point, it appears not to be the case.
Recently, a YouTube channel known as Gaming Reinvented revealed there were other secrets in Breath of the Wild waiting to be discovered by players. In a video uploaded to the channel, Gaming Reinvented noted that players could go outside the boundaries of the map in multiple areas. Unfortunately, these out-of-bounds locations often were unexplorable as players would clip through the ground due to a lack of collision detection or encounter other glitches that rendered the game unplayable. However, they noted that there was an area outside the known boundaries of the map where this does not appear to take place.

According to Gaming Reinvented, there is an accessible plateau off the map that is in close proximity to the Tabantha Tower. Those that are able to reach this area will be able to move around and explore without being inhibited by glitches encountered in many other places outside the map’s borders. In fact, Link appears to control the same as he would normally. Additionally, enemies spawn both in the daytime and at night at this location. Furthermore, the clip revealed that players can even ride the Master Cycle
