A Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild player recently showed off their skills by putting together an electrified Nintendo Direct logo with some well-placed arrows and metal objects. Even after five years, players are still uncovering plenty of new tricks, glitches, and secrets within the latest Legend of Zelda game, from tricking enemies into stealing treasure from their own secret base to using heavy weapons to more easily complete many of Breath Of The Wild's many Shrines.
While many of the tricks players have discovered or invented in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild are useful for completing the main quest or defeating difficult enemies like the Guardians, others are done simply as a fun distraction or demonstration of the detail that Nintendo placed into its most recent dungeon-crawling RPG extravaganza. Some BOTW fans have used Link’s trusty Remote Bombs to teach the reptilian Lizaflos to play a soccer-like game amid the fields of Hyrule, while others have improved the great hero's fishing skills by building a dam out of a fallen tree with the help of BOTW's time-freezing Stasis Rune. One especially dedicated Breath of the Wild player has embarked on a quest to take a selfie with all 900 of the game’s helpful (and occasionally mischievous) Koroks.
