One of Nintendo's biggest design philosophies that goes into everything it does is that they want their customers to feel like they're playing a video game. This can be seen with the unique, interactive Mario LEGO sets that have been released, as well as Nintendo's collaboration with Universal Studios to create Super Nintendo World. Gamers in the US are close to being able to experience the Nintendo theme park soon, as it plans to open at Universal Studios Hollywood in early 2023.
In Japan, plenty of players have already had a chance to visit Super Nintendo World as the park opened up in Tokyo in 2021. It was met with rave reviews as the experience the location offered was said to be very interactive and groundbreaking. As part of the agreement with Nintendo to open parks using the company's iconic IPs, it was decided that versions of the park would be built in Tokyo, Hollywood, and Orlando.

For US fans, Universal has revealed that Super Nintendo World at Universal Studios Hollywood will be open in early 2023. The website states that visitors can look forward to «imaginative interactive areas» and themed shopping and dining.
Alongside that, the announcement has also come with a trailer for what looks to be Hollywood Studios' version of Mario Kart: Bowser's Challenge. Bowser's Challenge is known as Koopa's Challenge in Japan and is also seen as Super Nintendo World's signature and biggest attraction. In the trailer, viewers can see fans using their wristbands to interact with the ride, a staple to Super Nintendo World that allows visitors to interact with the entire park. Interestingly, the wristbands also double as Amiibo for the Nintendo Switch.
