Publisher eastasiasoft and developers Softstar Entertainment and DOMO Studio have delayed the Switch version of action RPG Xuan-Yuan Sword VII from its previously planned 2023 release window to spring 2024, the companies announced.

The Switch version is currently is in its final stages of development. For the physical release, the game will ship on a 16 gigabyte game card. Limited Editions will include the game, manual, soundtrack CD, art book, and numbered certificate in a collector’s box. Pre-orders will open via Play-Asia on December 22 7:00 a.m. PT / 10:00 a.m. ET. Standard edition copies will also be available as an open pre-order.

Xuan-Yuan Sword VII first launched for PC via Steam worldwide and PlayStation 4 in Asia on October 29, 2020, followed by PlayStation 4 in Japan on December 10, 2020, and PlayStation 4 and Xbox One worldwide on September 30, 2021.
