If there's a thing that frustrates even the most patient World of Warcraft player, it's that there's always that one mount that can't seem to drop even after years of farming, and many fans are asking Blizzard to take a closer look at improving the mount grind. Dragonflight has made it easier for players to obtain those elusive Warlords of Draenor and Mists of Pandaria world boss mounts, but many coveted mounts such as Ashes of Al'ar or Invincible still remain under the mercy of a low drop rate, time-gated through the weekly raid reset.
While much of the developer focus in Dragonflight has been on Dragonriding, Blizzard was still very much interested in sprinkling normal mounts all throughout the Dragon Isles. World of Warcraft players can purchase Ottuk mounts using jewelry found in Dragonflight's dungeon and raid instances, providing a unique and guaranteed way to obtain a stylish new mount. Though the Trading Post in World of Warcraft is also emerging as a new avenue for players to grow their stable, it's the Ottuk merchant that perhaps provides the perfect template for Blizzard to build upon.

While this would work wonders for obtaining mounts under a daily loot reset, it would only make a marginal difference for mounts that drop from World of Warcraft bosses adhering to a weekly reset.
