TikTok is incredibly enjoyable because of its users' seemingly endless stream of videos, made hilarious by the many filters and effects that can be applied to posts. A person doesn't have to be a pro at video editing at all to produce eye-catching content. They just need to have the knack for toying around with the TikTok app and applying the many available tools to their recordings.
TikTok recently made several updates to the app's camera and editing suite that include new features such as the ability to add GIFs as backgrounds through the Green Screen effect. Another fantastic addition to the many editing tools on TikTok is the ability to morph any sound or voice from recorded videos into an animal sound or musical instrument. For example, users can appear to meow like a cat or sound like they have an actual microphone in front of them.

When recording a video, users will have the option to enable any of the available effects before recording, such as 'Enhance' to turn beauty mode on or 'Filters' to change how the video looks overall. 'Voice effects,' however, is a feature that only appears after a video has already been taken and the user hits the checkmark icon to advance to the editing page, where more effects can be added. It also only shows up as long as the 'Speed' option wasn't modified during the recording stage. To start recording a cool TikTok video with altered audio, tap the + icon at the bottom of the screen and apply any preferred effects except 'Speed.'
