Call of Duty developers has given the power to the honest players in COD Warzone with a new 'Damage Shield' in Ricochet anti-cheat software which makes the cheater's bullets of no use as it will bounce off you.
If you are wondering how you can get this shield, then the answer is simple. The Damage shield will automatically deploy on you when the game server will detect any hacker or cheater in the game. As soon as the server knows about the cheater, it will automatically disable their ability to pose any critical damage on other players. This will leave cheaters vulnerable to real players and will allow the RICOCHET team to collect information about the cheater’s system. Even this has seen a significant effect as the Call of Duty developers mentioned in a blog post that, “with the global rollout of the RICOCHET Anti-Cheat kernel-level driver on PC, Call of Duty: Warzone saw a significant drop of in-game cheat reporting.”
