For the fourth week in a row, Elden Ring has been the best-selling title on Steam.
This game has been an absolute smash hit for developer From Software and publisher Bandai Namco, shifting over 12 million units to date. That makes it a much faster seller than previous titles from the studio; Dark Souls 3, for example, only hit 10 million copies sold after four years.
Second place once again goes to Valve's Steam Deck console, which charts ahead of EA and Hazelight's It Takes Two. That is thanks to a publisher sale from Electronic Arts which currently means the game is 60 per cent off. Capcom's Monster Hunter Rise also makes a return to the Top Ten at No.4 thanks to a 34 per cent price cut on Steam.
Core Keeper from Fireshine Games – the recently rebranded Sold Out – dropped one place week-on-week to fifth, coming in just ahead of Valve's Index VR Kit. Rockstar's Red Dead Redemption 2 holds steady at No.7, while Dread Hunger drops one position to ninth. 2K Games' WWE 2K22 once again rounds off the Top Ten at No.10.
