Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 may be about to get its long anticipated re-reveal at PAX West 2023, as hinted by the tease posted on the official Twitter account two days ago.

While the tweet doesn't outright confirm the presence of Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2, the Community Manager replied to that very inquiry made in the Discord channel with an 'eyes' emoticon, practically confirming it. After all, Paradox did say in the last official update that the game would get its re-reveal in September. The good news is that PAX West 2023 is scheduled at the very beginning of the month (September 1-4), so there's less than two weeks to wait now.
PAX West is also probably the perfect venue. The original story of Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 outlined by Hardsuit Labs was set in Seattle, after all, and it's likely that the setting will remain there.
The sequel to Troika's cult classic first-person roleplaying game had a troubled development phase, to say the least. Bloodlines 2 was announced in March 2019 following an elaborate ARG that asked users to sign up for a so-called 'Tender' dating app that purported to match people based on their blood types.
The announcement immediately generated excitement surrounding the sequel, especially since Brian Mitsoda would return from the original game to write the story. The target release date was Q1 2020, but the developers delayed it first to late 2020 and then to 2021.
