Umbrella Academy: How Old Each Sibling Really Is By Season 3
Just how old are The Umbrella Academy characters? The seven members of the Umbrella Academy were all born at noon on October 1st, 1989, but thanks to some time travel shenanigans, the Hargreeves siblings are all different ages going into The Umbrella Academy season 3. After failing to stop the apocalypse at the end of season 1, Five's time-travel powers threw the whole family back in time to the 1960s — and much like his previous attempts at time travel, things got messy.
Five, Luther, Allison, Klaus, Ben, Viktor, and Diego, all land in the same alley in Dallas, Texas, but end up scattered over a period of three years at the start of the 1960s. This means that some of them end up stuck in the time period for long enough to start new lives (Allison gets married, and Klaus starts a cult), while others only get a month or two of respite before it's back to trying to stop the end of the world – which changes their relative ages. The last to exploit Umbrella Academy's time travel rules is Five, who gets to Dallas just in time to witness a full-blown war between the Soviets and the USA that culminates in both sides launching nuclear missiles at each other. Fortunately, Five's old friend Hazel is there to help him escape.
