Physical sales of Final Fantasy XVI in the UK looked to have slowed down considerably as the title has fallen out of the top 10 completely. Sales across last week place it in 11th position, meaning the likes of Minecraft and last year's Elden Ring sold better than it in the region.
FIFA 23 topped the list, while The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom and God of War Ragnarok shared second and third respectively. In fact, this marks another sales increase for the PS5, PS4 exclusive as Kratos and co rise from sixth to the top three. Games like Battlefield 2042, Hogwarts Legacy, and Star Wars Jedi: Survivor also feature in the top 10.

I watched some NPC woman explain the storyline last night over a map and I was having Xenogears disc 2 flashbacks, and that's not good. Mostly it feels like they took a few fights out of Eldin Ring and stuck them on a Monster
