Twitch streamer xQc shared details of his toxic sleep schedule with chat, prompting fan concerns regarding his health. xQc is known to be one of Twitch's most prolific marathon streamers. The often controversial figure logs hundreds of hours each month. It's perhaps no surprise that xQc may not have the healthiest sleeping habits as a result. Even yet, xQc's most recent streaming binge has gone beyond even what fans likely thought was the Twitch streamer's normal behavior.
Over the past 30 days, xQc has been tracked as having streamed nearly 280 hours. That's nearly 10 hours a day or 70 hours a week. Other streamers have been live more, of course. As an example, top Twitch streamer Kai Cenat had his stream live for nearly 700 hours over the past 30 days as part of a non-stop marathon. Most top streamers aren't necessarily in front of the camera for all of their streaming hours, though, showing VODs or other content. xQc has, historically, been more consistently live.

In a clip being shared across social media, xQc admits he has slept very little recently. He says that he just recently realized he'd only slept as much as a combined seven hours over the past four days. «I think I found the actual limit of what I can go,» saying that at that point he reached a state of pure exhaustion and couldn't continue. He wasn't saying it to be alarmist, however. It was just normal behavior to xQc. «It was a good experiment,» is how he characterized it.
