A German Twitch streamer accidentally alerted the fire department after burning a steak. This happened during Trymacs' recent stream, where many of his viewers witnessed the incident unfold in real time.
Trymacs made a name for himself with his over-the-top Twitch challenges, like surviving in the icy clutches of Finland, which he streams to his over 3.3 million followers. The latest challenge he took part in was the «NoFood Challenge,» where he and other German online personalities challenged themselves to not eat anything from March 11 to 18, while also doing mini challenges to make it more difficult. The event was streamed 24/7 as thousands of viewers witnessed how the participants survived the week without any food.

For one of the mini challenges, Trymacs invited some friends over for a cooking stream to try and tempt him and the other participants to eat something. One of them decided to cook steak on high heat and accidentally burned it, which triggered the smoke alarm and alerted the fire department. Trymacs showed the moment when fire trucks and an ambulance were driving to the office building they were in. Fortunately, no one was hurt, and they were able to talk to the fire brigade to defuse the situation.
Despite the incident, Trymacs still managed to continue his stream for another 17 hours. The NoFood Challenge streams also seemed to be a hit among viewers around the world. According to data from Streams Charts, Trymacs garnered an audience size of over 1.04 million during the week-long challenge, and also gained over 29,000 new Twitch followers.
